We now have 3 ways to schedule an appointment:
- The best way is to log in to Patient Fusion and make your appointment request. This is not an actual appointment. You will hear from our office if the appointment is confirmed or if that time and date does not work. If the date/time you request is not available we will give you several other options to choose from.
(Call our office and obtain your login credentials if you don't already have them) or
- Call our office at 760-753-ENDO (3636) during our business hours (see below), or
- Use this form.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please give us 48 hours notice. It is our policy to charge for appointments that are missed, or those not cancelled within 48 hours. Insurance does not cover these charges.
All Co-pays are due upon check-in. Credit cards, checks or cash are accepted and we will give you a receipt.
